If the weather does not look promising for the outing, check this website an hour before the meeting time. An announcement will be made if it is cancelled. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Or you can sign up for another experience. If there’s no cancellations, that means the skies will clear up and we will start at the regular time.

No worries! We will be travelling at a steady, cruising speed, one designed to let you take in the scenery, not to race ahead at Tour de France speeds! We will travel together as a group, at a pace that suits you. All tour participants will be consulted about their preferred pace and bicycle experience, and made aware of where we’re heading next before heading out.

Definitely not! You should be in relatively good physical condition in order to cycle at a moderate speed.

Yes! They start at $200. Book a tour for a special occasion or just for fun! This is ideal for corporate team-building or office outings, couples or groups of friends, special occasions such as birthdays and getaways, and family reunions, among other memorable experiences. These tours are designed for small groups, with a maximum of 10 people. This will allow for a very personalized experience for you and your friends, family or colleagues. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs further. 

Yes! Customized tours starting at $250. We will create a tour specifically designed for your interests and needs. Is there a special area of town you’d like to explore, or a particular theme you’re interested in learning about? You have control over what you want to see and do, at a pace that suits everyone in your group. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs further. 

Our bicycles are continually maintained and kept in great condition and there should be no mechanical difficulties with them. In the event of a breakdown, we have roadside assistance with the CAA [Canadian Automobile Association]. If you are bringing your own bicycle, please check its condition before you set out on our tour. But if necessary, a refund will be available to you. Because in the end, we want you to be a satisfied customer!
